Outdoor Group Training

Love the great outdoors? Bored with gym sessions, and struggling to motivate yourself? Then boundless group training IS FOR YOU! Our group sessions are a no fluff approach to fitness. 1-on-1 Personal Training

Booking a one on one session, Lee will take the time to assess your form and technique, work out how your body is moving, and address any injury concerns. From there he can formulate a program and session best suited to your training needs. Just getting started in the gym? A session with Lee is the perfect way to kick start your training journey. Boundless Online

Catering to anyone, anywhere, Boundless Online is an online platform providing individualised exercise and nutrition programming and mentoring. You can choose one or the other or BOTH. Without meeting in person, Zoom check-in calls and weekly tracking via a user friendly app helping to keep you on track, remaining accountable and consistent. “I train as it is the one thing that makes me whole as a person and I know no matter how rubbish I feel going into the session, I will feel night-and-day better when I finish.

You just need to do something!! For it is the action of actually doing it that creates the result of feeling better, which in turn gives me more motivation to keep going (no matter how much I don’t feel like it!).

This inherently is the process behind motivation. Motivation will not all of a sudden smack you in the face, you need to take action no matter how big or small, and from this you will gain a result, which leads to more motivation. The moral of the story is……JUST……DO……SOMETHING!!”

The best diet for you is a diet where you are able to stick to it day in, day out. The one where you receive all the vital nutrients to support your lifestyle and bodily functions. The one that gives you boundless energy throughout the day. And the one that gets you closer to your physical/sporting goals. This can come in the form of paleo, ketogenic, low carb, high carb, carnivore, just to name a few. It could be done by not eating breakfast, eating breakfast, intermittent fasting, etc.
